I ordered a logo with extras, didn’t receive items and the order is marked complete. I can find no option to get my money back. What do I need to do?
You need to contact customer support. make screen shots and attach those in the ticket.
You can contact customer support by clicking on the “help” button (on the main page scroll all the way down) . You will see a “submit a request” in the upper corner .

- If the seller still doesn’t deliver anything, request a mutual cancellation to get a refund.
- If the refund is declined, ask for Customer Support.
