Second time my account got restricted

My account got restricted. Its been more than 20 days and my account is not reinstated yet. I can login into my account with a limited access. Anyone who can guide me. I have asked CS, they said they cannot tell how much time the review will take.

I received an email which contains:
“ Your account was flagged for violating our [Terms of Service] and is currently under review by our Trust and Safety team.
During the period of the review, you will be able to complete your active orders. However, you cannot place or receive new orders and you cannot communicate with users, other than your buyers/sellers within an active order…”

What should i do?

and how long it may take?

There is nothing you can do to speed up the process.

And there is no guarantee that Fiverr will reinstate your account.

If you have breached the TOS, expect a warning or permanent suspension.

In the meantime read and understand the TOS. This way, if your account is reactivated, then you will be better educated on what not to do.

I didn’t got warning or permanent suspension.
They just said your account is under review .
