Security Question, Right answer but saying wrong answer

Yesterday I tried to withdraw funds, and It asked for the security question, I mentioned correct answer, but It is saying the wrong answer.

I am sure 200% about my answer and had saved in notebook and form of the image also! However, still, it is saying wrong.
I’ve no problem in providing any verification/ document but still support said we can’t help you. :frowning:

This is something serious here. I haven’t made a withdrawal yet, as I am very new to Fiverr, but this has got me worried. I think you should try contacting them again. Good Luck!

Why do you need the security question answer to withdraw funds?
