Why not do what the red text says, and contact customer support for help? They are the only people who can help you with account issues.


I think you should contact customer support and let them know about the issue.

Like I said, you are going to have to do as the red text tells you, and contact Customer Support for answers/resolution. We are not Customer Support here on the forums. We cannot help you with account issues.
