Seeking a payment resolution with a buyer

Hello,

I have a buyer who ordered my crowdfunding gig. I started the crowdfunding campaign with an outline mapping out the entire process. She now wants to cancel. That means she can take my ideas and implement them herself. I suggested that she contact Fiverr to implement a payment resolution. She did so. However, she does not want to accept a certain amount for the information she has so far. My concept can assist her in successfully raising $30,000. Any suggestions on how to reach a resolution amount with this buyer?
