Seller asked me to wait then no delivery

Fiverr have closed my order and marked it as complete - seller refuses to respond. Now lost my $26 and have nothing to show for it. Might be nothing for a lot of folk but $26 is a huge amount for me.
What are others doing in these circumstances - raise a complaint with paypal or mastercard or with the BBB/FTC?

This same thing just happened to me as well. It appears from their customer support documentation, that the only thing we can do is to “Request Cancellation” from the “Resolution Center” tab within the order. I’m not sure why Fivrr allows a seller to mark an order “delivered” when there is no attachment :frowning:
