Seller - Can not contact due to privacy reasons

Hi!

Am quite new to this… I ordered a logo from a seller…wanted final amendments complete…everytime I contact her I get a message saying ‘for privacy reasons I am unable to contact the seller at this time’

What does this mean?? Please can someone explain, I just want my job finished…
