Seller didn't receive payment


I started an order, and a seller successfully did the job for me. But as I was very busy, I didn’t come in to click ‘complete’ or anything but subsequently, I saw that the order was marked ‘Complete’. What’s strange is that my seller said he didn’t receive the payment, when in my account I saw that the cash was deducted.

I left a feedback for him and it was successful actually… so it’s strange that he didn’t receive any money…

I tried to get in touch with Fiverr support in vain, so here I am. Can anyone advise me please? This is a great seller for a first time job and I didn’t wanna do this to him.

Sounds like your might be dealing with a new seller who doesnt know how payments work on fiverr.

You’re not doing anything to them, don’t worry. They just don’t appear to understand how the system works. Revenues are only made available for withdrawal from the Revenue page after a safety clearance period of 14 days after the order is marked as complete. Let them know if you want to and recommend to them they should read the Support page to prevent any further misunderstandings or issues. This will help their Selling service here on Fiverr. :slight_smile:
