Seller Has Not Delivered Gig


I recently ordered a gig from someone who only had 1 review. I figured I will try them out, especially because they are express. After a short conversation with the seller, I ordered the gig, expecting to get it the next day. It has now been a week since then, and the seller hasn’t replied to my messages. So, here I am, without a delivery and waiting for a reply. Is there anyway I can cancel the order and get my money back, even if the seller hasn’t been on Fiverr, or replied to my messages?
