Seller Has Not Delivered Gig

I recently ordered a gig from someone who only had 1 review. I figured I will try them out, especially because they are express. After a short conversation with the seller, I ordered the gig, expecting to get it the next day. It has now been a week since then, and the seller hasn’t replied to my messages. So, here I am, without a delivery and waiting for a reply. Is there anyway I can cancel the order and get my money back, even if the seller hasn’t been on Fiverr, or replied to my messages?

Hello, If Your Reseller Not Responding Before More Days Or, Month then You need to Contact with Fiverr Support Center (Resolution Center) and Filled the Request for Order Cancellation…
