Seller has vanished?

Hmmm… Just wondering where I ought to post this.



I placed an order and now the seller seems to have vanished without delivering the article he was writing for me.



In fact, my order seems to have disappeared.



Maybe I am doing something wrong and this can be easily cleared up.



In what part of the forum do I ask for help with this?

Ask customer support??? The seller might be in vacation mode, paused the gig or maybe got banned. If you click on your order and the sellers user name you should be able to see if he/she is on vacation or if it says “gig paused”

Don’t see how it could have gotten banned, but maybe one of those other possibilities is the answer.
