Seller hasn't delivered order


I paid for two orders from a seller about 5 days ago, and he has still not delivered the work as promised after numerous requests. The order now says complete. What recourse do I have?


You should have hit the “request modifications” button to prevent the order from auto completing.

I believe your options now are 1. leave negative feedback on completed order 2. Visit the resolution center for the gig or contact Fiverr support for a refund.
