Seller - Late delivery

I bought a Gig from a Japanese Seller and it should be done already but has not been completed.

I am new to Fiverr so this is my first experience with a late seller …

what am I supposed to do in this case ?

Thank you all :wink: the seller contacted me and apologised for the late reply :wink:

so its ok now.

I wasn’t sure how I had to proceed and didn´t want to cancel the order … and hopefully he got back to me after a couple of hours :wink:

Orders can go late, however you have the option to cancel. Have you contacted the Seller?

Have you contacted the seller about it? First, I would send a message to the seller through the order page in order to ask about the status of the order. How late is it? Has the seller given you any updates or contacted you about the order?



If you receive no response or an unsatisfactory response, you always have the option of canceling the order through your end due to non-delivery by the order’s deadline. You can also do this without contacting the seller, but it may be helpful to see if they have updates or explanation to offer first.
