Seller not delivering the Bonus

Hello,
I ordered a service and completed.
But Seller didn’t delivered the bonus.I requested him so many times but he ignores my all messages.He sent me a drive link which is restricted and requirs author permission.

What should I do in this condition.

I am messaging the seller every 1 hour and he ignores every time.
