Seller not responding


I bought a gig a couple of days ago and submitted the details the seller wanted/needed. I subsequently sent the information several more times because it kept saying that details were still needed and work on the project had not started yet. I’m getting very frustrated because I keep sending the info and get no response from the seller so I don’t know if he received the info or not! Are there any glitches in the mail system on Fiverr? Any insight would be most helpful.
