Seller Requests in Buyer Request area?

I am not sure if this is the right place for this or not, if not I apologize. 🙂 But ever since I’ve joined I’ve seen people posting in the Buyer Requests area looking for work. Is this “technically” allowable and if so can anyone tell me if it gets a good response or not?



Thinking about doing it but I don’t want to break any rules. 🙂

it should not be allowed, because it’s for buyers to ask for custom things.

but I really don’t know how it gets allowed.
