Seller said she finished my Gig and is not true

Seller posted Gig as DONE and is NOT true I have been sending messages and no response

I should be a Policy against this because now the order shows as delivered and I have to go to all kind of things just to get to Costumer support .THIS ORDER SHOULDE BE DONE IN 15 hours and has been 5 days. Yes I requested cancelation on my last message as well.

Not quite sure I understand you. Did you click on the “Resolution Center” link next to the order number tab on your order page? You can request to cancel the order there. If you’re saying it’s been 5 days since the order was delivered to you, then it might be too late to cancel, so then you must file a request with customer support to help you resolve this.
