Sellers posting their gigs within the buyer's requests panel

I’m on Fiverr since 2015 and whenever I go to the Buyer’s Requests there are always sellers posting about what they cant do. Like come on it’s called “BUYER’S REQUEST”, buyers post their requests over there. Fiverr should do something about it.
