they need to be held responsible. feedback needs to be available if they are not completing task. or some kind of negative mark from staff after review.

Buyers who are not satisfied with the work they receive can leave negative feedback, or cancel the order and get a refund.

i don’t think the refund is enough. There has to be some sort of accountability!

I’m 0 for 2 on purchases right now, both from highly rated sellers and i’ve had to wait 10 days for nothing. Getting my few bucks back without being able to warn people is not fair.

It’s basically putting me off trying to buy anything else here because i can’t trust the reviews if the system is geared towards preventing negative feedback.

If nothing else, there can be some sort of flag for missed deliveries.
