I can not understand (send a Custom Price Quote to buyer) option not working for me. Is it a problem in fiverr?

Does it happen to everyone? or only me?

I am also facing the same problem. This Option is not working for me as well but don’t know the reason behind it. Can anyone tell me the reason?

I just tried a few minutes ago and it didn’t work. This is very frustrating. So I sent the bid through the site email function and will make custom gig extras to make this work? Really?
