There is a character limit for buyer requests so remember that you may need more detail from the buyer. Ask them to email you to talk through the specifics of the job.
A tactic a lot of sellers use is they set a dummy offer limit of $500 and ask the buyer to contact them with their full requirements for a personalised quote.
