Should I place 1 or more gig in one category?

Hello everyone, this is my 1st post. :grinning:

I provide social media marketing. So there are many sites like Facebook Instagram YouTube and many others. For every site I have different gig.

But I am confused about this that even in one site I have different services. Such as, 1. Facebook promotion (ads manager) 2. Facebook page manager. (some time I provide both together, and sometime one)

Now here is my question, should I place 2 different gig for this 2 different services or 1 combined?
