Should I relay on Fiver app?

I always use my laptop for Fiver. Now I tried Fiver app and notice the problem that It sometimes does not show the new messages from clients and sometimes makes you offline.
I want your practical opinion & reviews about the Fiver app.

I use Fiverr app only for replying to messages when I am away from my laptop!!
