So basically I had a buyer that’s been a pain in the you know what. So I did a request cancellation. It stops the clock as has been showing with 17 hours and some minutes left. Should be cancelled in about 2 hours unless buyer rejects cancellation. But it now shows as late. What happened to the clock stopping the time? How could it be late?
I had exactly the same thing happen to me and I am perplexed at how it could happen.
The clock did the same thing on the actual order page but on the “to do” list it had the actual (?) time left, and being a 24 hour gig I was a little lost as the buyer had not provided me with the proper info to complete the gig (not to mention cancelling the mutual cancellation twice)
It all worked out in the end, however I found it very strange.
I did see somewhere else on the forum (I think) that said support said that it DOES NOT stop the clock (ie when a mutual cancellation is requested). I just find that so odd. What is one to do without the proper info?
