So confused...order has disappeared!

An order has seemingly vanished from the face of the Earth! I sent a cancellation request last night, but I have no notification that the buyer accepted cancellation, and the order doesn’t show up in my active orders or my cancelled orders. I wanted to cancel and send this person a new offer, but of course I can’t do that without knowing their username. This is very strange.

EDIT: I found it…It is actually there, but it appears only under Active Orders and not Priority Orders, even though it’s due today.

go to order page! if its there!
and at last you will find view conersation with (buyer name) click there and you will be at INBOX section and can send the custom offer there

It’s not there…that’s the issue :o
