So...how long does it take for fiverr support to reply?

So my card on paypal expired so I wanted to change to a new one. I had already done this before like 3 months ago, so I submitted my passport. However, I got a message like

Hugo Tuesday at 21:50
Hi there,

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with resetting your security question at this time. We are looking into your request with our Trust & Safety Team. However, this may take some time. We will follow up with you when we have further information.

So I replied

royjuiten Tuesday at 21:57
Would it be possible to tell me the reason why you cannot help me? I really need the money for my rent

But…it’s been three days and no one responded :frowning: I have like 300 dollars (190 right now, and 40 dollars in pending and a buyer needs to accept my order for 110 dollars) and I need this money to pay the rent, which is on the 15th.

Any suggestions on what I should do? If I’m going to be declined, I at least want to know the reason why

Unfortunately, you probably should have been a bit more… tactful in your response. Hugo told you what he was able to share at that time, and he told you that they would look into it. You just have to be patient – he told you that he would follow up with you when he had more information.

I know your PayPal issue may be a frustrating one for you, but you really do have to be patient, and courteous. The, “give me an answer now!”, tone in your response wasn’t very courteous.
