So there is a large discrepancy in what I'm owed, and what's going through clearance

This is my second month on Fiverr and things are going along just fine. A few orders here and there.



I went into my revenues because I noticed no payments had come in for a while.



According to the summary, I have $396 pending clearance. However, when I added up those little bars, I saw that less than half that amount was actually going through clearance.



Some larger orders that were completed 2 weeks ago weren’t being disbursed to me.



I submitted a ticket but just wondering if this is normal? If Fiverr doesn’t pay money that is owed then I will have to take my business elsewhere.
