Solution: Fiverr Live Chat

I guess it will be okay for a large digital marketplace to have a live chat feature.

I tried the e-mail channel and it took more than 7 working days to give a response.

Please Fiverr support, kindly look into this

If they don’t have enough staff to respond to emails in a timely manner, it’s highly unlikely they have enough staff for live chat.

In a way, you’re right but I guess the live chat will help eliminate the long waiting hours of most buyers or sellers request

As @catwriter said. If they can’t reply to emails, how can they reply to THOUSANDS of instant chat inquiries at once? Not going to happen.
