If buyer didn’t accept your cancellation then inform it to customer support. They must help you out. In fact they cancel your order on behalf of you. I faced a situation like it then I made a ticket on Customer support and asked to cancel the order. Than they canceled the order. :slight_smile:
You must tell it to CS.
