Some concerns about late delivery

Hello guys,
I’ve some concerns about Fiverr’s late delivery. I’ve experienced that not all the deliveries are marked as “late” on the order section but if I go to some particular order which one is actually late but not marked as late on the “Order” Section where all the orders are stored. My concern is that "If I deliver this order, Does Fiverr count this order as “Late” delivery?
