Google Drive URL’s are not mentioned in the TOS as an allowed URL, neither are they mentioned as forbidden URL.

As far as I know, Fiverr is okay with using Google Drive links if a file is bigger than the Fiverr platform can handle and it is necessary to share the file to be able to complete the order.

I’ve had no issues using Google Drive since about 3 months.

Any cloud storage is okay. Upload the file to your favorite cloud storage service and share the link in the delivery. That’s how I do bulk file uploads to my clients.
