Some sellers are Very weird

Some seller or i think almost sellers put Gig price flr example 250$ and they say develop any requirement for your business!!!
Then when you talk them and give them the requirement they tell you we will charge you 500$ !!! Ok sir but why you putted you Gig any requirement bla bla bla …etc ???
They think the buyer never know about that !!?
