Someone bought my gig but hasn't sent info

I have no idea what this guy wants. We never messaged each other and he didn’t leave any info when purchasing the gig. He bought it yesterday and I’ve messaged him twice now. It still slows incomplete yet due tomorrow. What do I do???

please send messages and also ask information about requirement, otherwise if he/shen not sending any information you can send mutual cancellation request OR, contact customer support for cancellation this order. :slight_smile:
