Someone created a gig using my gig image so what should i do for that please help me. Can i report for that?

Once I went browsing really deep into my main category and found 4 gigs that were using my work in one way or another on 22 pages. I ignored 3 and reported one that made me really mad because it was fully cloned (description, keywords, portfolio, etc.) It was gone in an hour after I reported it.
