Someone use my gig

some other seller use my gig on his/her gig pages, I want to know it is illegal or not? if that is illegal so what is the further steps plz help me out

Please report the seller to CS, with screenshots of your gig and theirs.

Be sure you do it as soon as you can, or you could be accused of copying theirs, even you’re the innocent party.
