"Something went wrong" message occurred when I trying to add payment method!

Today I tried to add payment method to my fiverr account. When it proceeding my internet connection suddenly dropped for a moment. So I try again, but then fiverr starts to show a message “Something went wrong, please try again later” I try it again. But it shows the same error.

Please help me 😢
