“Something went wrong please try again” when I try to Change my associated PayPal account


I keep receiving an error message when attempting to Change my associated PayPal account… (Something went wrong, please try again)

I notified Customer Support, however, I am being told to delete cookies/cache but its Not working.

Any help?


Try alternative Wifi connection and different browsers.


Thanks for your response , yes i tried diferrent browsers chrome , firefox also i tried from different laptop / phone and alternative Wifi connection but the same issue occured.
