Spam a customer by mistake

Hi Fiverr community; I hope you are in good health.
please I have a problem:
a buyer sends me a message asking for something, but by mistake, I make this buyer as a spam and I don’t know how can I resolve this problem; and how can I replay to this buyer.

Not much you can do now. Try and not mark your buyers a spam

“Spam a customer” means you sent spam, but thats not what you mean.

Communication is important.

Are you sure it was by mistake? Because it’s not a one-click process.

Click on your Fiverr spam folder or wherever you see the message from that user then click the “unmark as spam” option at the end of the message. That should work as long as that option is next to the message.
