Spam folder question

Hi
Buyer found me through search box and wrote a question, i answered him. And couple hours after - he said that my message was in spam box. And that’s why he hired other freelancer 😦

What should i do now? Why fiverr algorithms put me in spam?
I never spammed anyone ever .

I think it happens when someone reports your account as a spam
so if someone contact you, they will received a spam warning alert from fiverr
Maybe you should try contact us about your account health?

or…, another possibilities your client just look for a reasons to decline your offer ?
