Spam issue and response rate

hi experts

i’m new here not much aware about spam related issue. my response rate was 100% , i received a message when i replied that message my response rate decrease to 83%, its is about 4 days age still my response rate is 83%, what should i do? Help please

Make sure you reply to the spam message before flagging it. I learned the hard way too. But it’s only two weeks until your next review. Best of luck!
