I’ve noticed that whenever i get a bunch of spam that i can’t reply to, my response rate drops. Spam shouldn’t count towards response rate, in my opinion.
I remember reading in the academy that you can mark a message as spam and that will count as your response and won’t count against your response rate.

And you can send CS and support ticket if it’s messed up due to spam and you can’t fix it on your end. They’ll fix it.
