Spam user notify

Today I opened the Fiverr mobile app and there is an unread message. I’m impressed how I missed that. also, I have not got any notification. after I opened that conversation, it shows me to unmark that conversation as not a spam. after I marked that as a not a spam it goes to normal and that message is normal. why i got like that warning? any idea?

The sender has sent messages to users which Fiverr has classed as spam.

Now you’ve got it unmarked as spam,you can reply to it, and then mark it again as spam yourself if it seems appropriate to do so.
