Spammy messages lessening response rate. How to tackle or decline?

Daily I am getting spam messages from useless users. It is really worthless to spend time over there and the real problem is it lessens the response rate if not replied. There must be an option of ‘spam’ to choose; so that it could affect the users profile and the fiverr team could encounter the real fact. Is there any more suggestions, please respond.
