Sorry - I’m afraid I wouldn’t know what it means when you setup Wordpress - I wouldn’t use spun text on a site as it often ends up looking of poor quality - as in my example above. 🙂

It’s probably included if you offer “new” content for the WordPress site as well as setup and managing it. I guess some sellers would set up a WP site and offer to spin content to fill it up.
