How to removed star and feedback?

You can ask the buyer via the resolution centre on the order page to review their feedback.

Feedback and stars cannot be removed by any other means, like automatically left feedback for cancelled deliveries where the seller hasn’t delivered on time.

No - if the buyer wants to change the feedback (it can’t be removed) you can initiate it through the order page.
