Start order button

I have a problem and I would give a recommendation.
I live in Romania and the GMT is different.

I received some orders late night (5-6AM or something like that) and the order just started automatically and I had just a few hours to deliver the work, a hard hard work… Is not fair… we should have a button like START ORDER and then the countdown clock should start and the buyer should get a notification that his order is in progress…
Also is not fair enough to set 2 days deliver time for a simple work that needs just a few hours.

Buyers don’t even contact me before ordering they just order and also I need to sleep… It would be great if we could have a button like this to don’t let the countdown starts automatically).
