Start-up, need help & guidance with implementation of an off the shelf product

Hi, we are a would be start up and have gone ahead and bought an off the shelf food ordering online system.
I am struggling to implement the product and needed someone to help us implement it. This would need liaising with the vendor (product) company to understand the process flow and also deal with the vendor company for resolving any issues and challenges w.r.t. product. In short, manage the technical part of the process and help us with the launch.
