Staying at Home? But do consider your health is very important

Hope you all are fine :slight_smile: As it is very tough time for everyone and everyone has to stay at home in this condition. Many people are thinking that if they stay at their homes then they are safe. Surely, they are safe from the CORONAVIRUS but what about your health???
Are you lying in bed for whole day?
Are you gyming at home?
Are you siting at one place the whole day?
These factors also effect your health.
So this time is very crucial and valuable. Think about yourself and your health.

  • Give time to yourself.
  • Do exercise at home. (You can do without any equipment also).
  • You can do planting and gardening also.
  • You can read books.
    Just think about yourself. Stay at home and give time to yourself.
