Steps to download order file?

Im new here and placed a received my order,im happy with it. But cant down load it,so i can use the file.
Each time i down load its just a blank file. What our the proper steps to down load a file. Im using windows 10 with pc. I bought the highest package offered with files.

The service are terrible here ! I have the same problem. My seller won’t reply me and neither will customer support. So dissapointed. Last time i use Fiverr. I feel i have been scammed !!
