Still waiting to receive money

So it’s been over 14 days and I’m still waiting for my money. It’s stuck on ‘pending clearance’ why does it take so long to receive? Not moaning just curious to know why it does.

depends on your seller level, level 2 sellers need 14 days to get funds cleared.
Level 1 sellers need 30 days to get it cleared.
It’s mostly for buyer protection, if they are not happy with the service, they can object, open disputes, etc.

It can be 14/15 days for sellers without a level, level 1 and level 2.

If it doesn’t clear soon, just drop CS a wee note. 🙂

I’m a Level 1 and my money clears in 14 days. In fact everyone clears in 14 days with the exception to TRS that clear in 7 days.

I’m not 100% sure but i’m sure i read it some where.

it takes 14 or maybe 15 days to clear after the order has been completed. coming from a 0 level seller.
