CS is overwhelmed at the moment - everyone is having similar problems. Make sure your ticket is still open. If it’s been closed, make a new reply to it which will open it again.
If the ticket is still open, it sometimes works to send an email to email@example.com, with the ticket number in the subject line and a request to give it some attention.
